Christmas Day

Christmas morning was pretty non-eventful. Kevin woke up at 2:30am to get to work, I tried to sleep in. I got out of bed around 6:00am and decided to catch up on all my shows that I had DVR'd. Between shows, or when I got bored, I called various family members to wish them a Merry Christmas. I had a touch of the flu and a cold (that later turned into a sinus infection), so I layed around the house in my pajamas until around 11:00am. Kevin came home just afternoon and we decided to open presents; I got Kevin 2 new cameras (the old camera was used on the previous post- it started dying on us) And Kevin got me a new camera. Hopefully that means we'll have more pictures in the new year!This is me, letting Kevin try out one of his new cameras. I try to get Kevin and new set of white socks every year for Christmas, hopefully this will encourage him to throw out the bad ones as soon as they get holes!Kevin bought me clothes this year! It was fun for me, we went to the store, I tried on some clothes then gave them to the clerk to give to Kevin. He then got to choose which clothes to buy, so it would be somewhat of a surprise. My wonderful husband really surprised me and bought everything I had the clerk show him!I finally broke down and got Kevin an Xbox this year, he was pretty surprised. We now have a Ninetendo 64, Play Station 2, Wii, and Xbox. I think we will be entertianed for a while...

After opening our gifts we headed over to Kevin's parents house for a turkey dinner. Their power had gone out just as the Turkey was getting done, but it all turned out fine. We had a storm come through on Christmas that dumped about 6 inches of snow, but was really windy. We ate dinner, played games, then went home a little early to go to bed, I still was not feeling very good. But it was a good low key Christmas this year!
