My Own Chef Ramsey

For Kevin's birthday I got him 2 Chef Ramsey cook books. He has wanted them ever since we have been watching Hell's Kitchen. Thursday Kevin decided to try a few recipes. His mom and dad and sister Katie (with baby Lucy) came over. Kevin made risotto with tiger shrimp for appetizer, bacon wrapped filet mignon with mushrooms for the main course, with garlic and onion broccoli, then homemade cheesecake for desert. I had to take a picture of the filet mignon, it was sooo good, and cooked just the way I like it. I think Kevin had a lot of fun, hopefully this will become a habit!
