Kevin's Birthday Weekend Extravaganza!!

Kevin's birthday was on June 14th. He had just a few celebrations...
On Thursday June 12th when I came home from work I surprised him by taking him out to Wendover, NV. (Actually the little stinker figured it out before I could surprise him) We stayed at Montego Bay.

We got a nice suite with a jacuzzi in it! It also had a steam shower in it... I really liked that.

We ate at the buffet on Thursday night and played a little in the casino. Then on friday morning we had a nice leisurely breakfast. Kevin headed to the casino for a little while longer and I headed to the salon/spa. I got a nice french manicure, and Kevin got a happy wife. We left to come home a while after that...

Friday night we met our friends, Amy & Scott and Grayson & Carley, down town at Iggy's to celebrate Kevin's birthday. We sure love hanging out with these guys... they are our kind of people, if you know what I mean!

After Iggy's we were going to see "Don't Mess with the Zohan" (NOT recommended) but had a little time to waste before the movie started. The Gateway was having a sidewalk chalk festival. There were some amazing pieces. My favorite is the one on the left. We didn't make it back to see the finished pieces, but you can imagine...

On Saturday morning, as soon as Kevin came home from basketball he was ready to open his presents. He opened a BBQ cleaner brush, BBQ skewers, and BBQ vegetable basket... We then went to Home Depot and picked up his new stainless steel BBQ!

After picking up the BBQ we headed to Kevin's parent's house for another celebration. We had BLT's and lots of fruit, I think you can see some of it in this picture.

Saturday night Kevin and I went to the movies together. We went and saw "The Hulk" (in the ghetto-not a theater we will go to again). This movie we would actually recommend, just don't expect too much.

So we celebrated Kevin's 35th birthday for 3 days straight.
